    • ADA Paratransit Eligibility: an in-person eligibility interview is required for registration to determine if the person is functionally able to ride public transportation according to current ADA guidelines. Call (209) 672-1143 ext. 3 to schedule an appointment at one of the three eligibility centers in Stanislaus County.

    • Travel Training: helps residents to learn how to confidently and safely use the public transit system. Free training on planning a trip, reading maps, transferring between routes and more. Any Stanislaus County resident is eligible regardless of age, income, or ability levels. Group classes also available.

    • Bridges: program allows Stanislaus County seniors 50 years or old with a disability to select their own volunteer driver (usually a friend, family member, or neighbor). The Drivers provide the transportation and MOVE provides a monthly mileage reimbursement to the ride who then pays their driver. Call MOVE to complete an eligibility interview with a BRIDGES staff member and to receive additional on how the program works.

    • PASS Program: provide free bus tickets to low income older adults (age 50 plus) Stanislaus County residents who are not receiving passes from another agency. Eligibility and income verification required.

    Services: For transportation between cities throughout Stanislaus County. StaRT also offers a Dial-a-ride /Shuttle Service for Newman, Patterson and Waterford. Check the prices for the transportation on their Fares website. Online applications are available for half-priced fares. Half priced fares are also available for seniors, persons with disabilities or Medicare card holders. Discount ID cards from other transit systems are also accepted.

    • Dial - A - Ride: call (209) 527-4900 to schedule your ride between three hours and up to seven days in advance. Requests are filled on a time and space-available basis.

    • Oakdale Dial-A-Ride: provides curb-to-curb transportation to the general public within the city of Oakdale. Service is available Monday – Friday between 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 

    • Patterson Dial-A-Ride: provides curb-to-curb transportation to the general public within the city of Patterson. Service is available Monday – Friday between 6:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.

    • Riverbank Dial-A-Ride: provides curb-to-curb transportation to the general public within the city of Riverbank. Service is available Monday – Friday between 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Connections are available to eTrans traveling to Escalon at Jacob Meyers Park in Riverbank.

    • Medivan: non-emergency medical transportation from Modesto to Bay Area Medical Centers, Monday through Friday
